Request for a statement not provided
Dear Sir / Madam<br> <br> I have emailed the accounts email address awhile ago as well as called and spoken to Bensurie yesterday requesting an account statement for the last 3 months as I have not received this and I still have not received a response. I used to receive statement via email and about 3/4 months back I stopped receiving it. I still however receive my invoices via email. Please can someone assist me.

We can confirm that you were contacted by our Accounts Department and that your query has been resolved.
Our feedback received is that your account statement was emailed on Monday 13th July but delivery of such was unsuccessful. Our IT Department will investigate that accordingly.
Our further feedback received is that an alternative email address was also used today in order to email you your statements.
