Poor service, take your money like clockwork every month, but doesn't provide the service

Yesterday my beams activated a few times. When the control room contacted me on the 4th time they informed me if they send an reaction office out, then they will charge me as it is the 4th time. I was clear that i will not pay for an office to go out and check for the time as i am paying close too R500.00 for armed response and when i did sign on with you guys, no where in my contracted did it stipulate that there is only 3 calls out a day and anything after that is charge to me. After a whole long debate and speaking to the control center supervisor, she informed me that because there were 3 false alarms, the 4th call out is charged. My question was how do they know it was a false alarm. A tech from Blue Security came out and checked my entire system a month ago and he said there were no issues with my alarm system. The supervisor responded by saying that the reaction officer did a check and there were no issues, My question was what if someone activated the beams and jumped over the fence. Long story short after speaking to a number of people and complaining i found out that the Blue reaction office actually made contacted with a contractor who was working in my property which i was not aware of. I did not know that the contractor was coming to site yesterday. The contractors that work in the complex are arrange by the body corp, Had they informed me about the contractors i would have called the body corp to confirm this. No one from your control room contacted me to confirm if there were contractors working in my property. SO HOW DO YOU GUYS KNOW IF THESE GUYS WERE ACTUALLY CONTRACTORS IF NO ONE CONFIRMED THIS?The supervisor of you control room told me that the alarm was false alarm as there were no issues when the reaction office did a check and yet when i spoke to one of the managers he told me that the reaction officer made contact with one of the contractors. Firstly no one contacted me to verify that there was a contracted that was suppose to be on site, then you guys want to charge me additional for a reaction office to go out and check my property, using the excuse that there are false alarms. This is not the first time i had an incident with you guys. The last time the reaction office came out check everything and you guys informed me that everything was fine, only to get home and find out that one of my beams were broken. Up till today no one knows how that beam broke. I am in the process of looking for an alternative security provider. Once i have found someone, i will be cancelling my contract with you guys.
