poor quality alarm system installed

<p>Just installed a new alarm system with blue security approximately. 5 months ago.Since then we have encountered endless problems.Alarm system not functional and I have made numerous calls to blue security to no avail.Call centre person mike does not know who the manager is.We are paying for armed response service which is nonexistent</p>
