Pathetic service/response time
<p>On 25th July 2016 at 4am I activated the panic due to noises heard on my property. It took 2 calls to the control room and 27 minutes later for a responsive vehicle to arrive. According to the control room the vehicle reached my property at 4h06. When questioned the control room operated was unable to answer me and i was told the manager will contact me, i wonder when that will be. These are the people we trust to protect our lives and homes. Unacceptable service.</p>
