Pathetic service once again

Someone tried to break into our house tonight as my mom heard someone banging the door we pressed the alarm and the security guard took 20 minutes to respond ..when my mom asked him why did he take so long he says he needs to protect his life and drive slow as it is bad weather and he rather come safe because his life is at risk...so then if you will take 20 mins to come why are you a security guard ? In 20 minutes they can break in rob us and kill us and u will be coming ? Pathetic service and this is not the first time we had problems with this company however we still stayed with them in good faith... very disappointed in them yet again
