After numerous calls to Blue Security Co-ordinator (Prindha), I'm still waiting for a quote that was supposed to be emailed to me hours ago. The Sales Rep Desiree Fernandez has never had the courtesy of returning any of my calls either. How long does it take for a quote on basic additional security equipment. Blue Security have very *********** people at their offices. They never return calls. Selven Govender was the only person who assisted me. They need a huge improvement on their customer services department. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED CLIENT!
