Pathetic Response time
The control room called me this morning to let me know my alarm went off. I was already at work. I had to call twice and 25minutes later still no response to the alarm. I was told that a dispatch was 2 minutes away. Thats enough time to clean up my whole house and even move the building. What am I paying for?????????? Its now 30 minutes and still waiting. What a useless service.....
