last week and again last night i pressed panic button. no call back. SO I CALLED THEM. THEY TOO BUSY TO RESPOND OR EVEN CALL ME. LUCKILY I RECORDED MY CALL TO THEM.want to hear recording? PATHETIC LOT. I AM DONE WITH BLUE SECURITY. 30 MINUTES LATER THEY SHOW UP WOW WAT A JOKE
