need a compony to protect us from them

after notification of terminating my contract (struggling to get hold of them) and giving the information of the new contract holder they still had the audacity to debit my account. after mailing them to raise my concern their reply was that the representative only went to the new contract holder to sign after the deduction. would that be my problem for their representative not doing their job in time? would that be their same response time when you have an emergency ? DO NOT CONSIDDER THIS COMPANY!!! AN ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT DRAGGING EVERBODY THOUGH THE MUD !! NOTE : the debit order conveniently when of before month end
