My husband & I installed Blue security in our rented home about 4 months ago.Firstly, about a month down the line,the alarm kept on going off at early hours of the morning. It was a sunday morning to be precise, when we called in for help on how to disarm the alarm.the lady in the technical room had no idea what to do & told us \just leave the house unarmed and she will get a technician to help to come out."we waited an entire week just for someone to call us to come and sort it out! & their explanation for that late call was"
