I am appalled at Blue security. I started with them about two years ago on a high. Where they were efficient and effective especially when my home was broken into. I sang their praises and had my entire family move to them.

That came crashing down when I decided to trust them to upgrade my home with cameras and beams which they quoted me R22000 which I paid a disposition and was requested to make two payments which I obliged without any hesitation for them to debit the full amount of R12 000 in one month which I had to reverse as I was left on a negative balance. I let it slide cause I thought it was an honest mistake.

Than the power surge happened and they came to assess the damage and provided me with a quote for them to provide me with another quote of R22000, with all new equipment. When I voiced out my frustration of less than 3 months worth of equipment im being told everything doesn’t work and asked to cancel they sent another technician. To only find out everything was working except the mother board which the cost to replace was R1600. I was told my two beams were damaged which we agreed to replace on another date.

The accounts team as an apology allowed us to make a payment arrangement of 2 months… which was paid over the last two months

To my surprise I was deducted twice this month for no reason. I am beyond frustrated cause I was sent one bill with my monthly fee and nothing else. I am left in a predicament once again because of Blue security. I have grown tired and want my money back and to leave this God forsaken company.
