Late response once again

Once again shod response from blue security.after numerous discussions regarding late response to an alarm activation, blue does it again.I was called at 14.14 to notify me that there had been an alarm activation. I left Tremain drive and reached my premises at 14.19. I called Blue and after being on the call for 5 minutes could get no response from a senior manager. I called back and was told to speak to the MD Hank or Henk but only got as far as his I assume his secretary and explained the continued poor response times. I asked her to ensure that he calls me today. Needless to say there has been no response. So much for paying for security. Shoddy service from Blue Security
