Insult from area manager

29 October 202, 20:30 i called Blue security requesting visibility in my area which has been a great concern. I was told that area manager Lebo Puleng will visit my premise after my concern. The gentleman came thru, but before him the patrol officer (Turu Kita) came and i requested that he stays so that Lebo sees him after my complaint. Lebo came thru saying there was loadshedding between 6pm and 8pm which was not true and after i brought that to his attention, he started to insult my intelligence and that did not sit well with me. I would have accepted someone who genuinely apologized for not being visible. The guy continued to be rude and i asked him and his members gp out of my premise. The patrol officers (Kita and Jali) were very professional, only the area manager was on the high horse and continued to insult me. Based on my experience whoch was professional with Blue security i had to convince my neighbors to sign-up but had i experienced such from lebo i would have not recommended the company. Lebo is not representing the company well
