Hidden Costs due to Technician's inefficiency!

I had a flat battery and was advised the TOTAL cost would be R250. I have received an invoice for over a R1000 which also includes a cost for a 'dedicated ' vehicle. I waa not advised as a consumer of an additional cost of over R700 so I could budget accordingly. There was no consultation ot discussion to allow me to make an informed decision. I was hoodwinked and bul**** by the technician who was arrogant and did not do his job properly as the baterry light was still flashing after he left. He returned after I complained and now I am getting charged for his inefficiency. Disgusting.
