Great, quick service by professional, respectful officers.

Today, baby accidentally triggered off the panic button when I wasn't watching. It got me into a panic because I was afraid that they might be angry that we summoned them out for nothing. However, they were very quick to respond. Two cars arrived and the security officer was very calm and polite. I didn't get his name but I'm sure Blue can check it out and compliment him for me. He was not upset. I apologised to them for wasting their time, but he said it was not a problem and that they are happy as long as we are ok. They showed no sign of irritation for being called out for nothing and were very pleasant towards me. Many thanks to the gentleman who came to my "rescue". It was very reassuring because I know now that I am safe under their watch.
