Excellent service delivery
We recently purchased a new home and our alarm system was connected to c***b. My parents had also been with them and the service was atrocious to say the least. After a few calls to the big names we met a few and Mukesh was at our place to explain the service to us. Not only dis he have our interest at heart but the advice and service was excellent. The techs came in soon after and assisted us move over. The service we have received this far from the technical call centre as well as the monitoring centre has been phenomenal. Thank you for such good service delivery in these times it's rare. Well done Blue
