Excellent customer service

The most efficient and effective team that delivers the most excellent service. My alarm system was struck by lightning and knocked out the remote activation. I called Blue security yesterday at 5pm and the control agent immediately arranged for additional patrol and logged a fault. Within minutes a technician called me to get additional information regarding the fault, and promised that a technician would attend to the problem in the morning. The technician arrived at 8:30am and in less than an hour he fixed the system and did a full test. I am impressed with the level of commitment and professionalism. Well done Blue Security!
