Dishonest Pathetic Service

Pathetic service. The sales person Merl **** and advised we were taking over a 16 zone system with Cameras, Sensors control panel and panick remotes. When the Clifford from technical arrived he stated only 8 zones were active and half the equipment listed by Merl, was not in place. He also fitted a "NEW" Battery at a cost of R375.00. This "NEW" Battery lasted 18 hours (including 1 hour of loadshedding) before going completely dead. I'll spare you the details of the number of calls I had to make just for the ordinator to arrange an installation appointment. If this is the level of service you offer for a simple sale and installation, I dread to imagine how you guys will handle an actual emergency.
