<p>So this is the kind of reply one gets when there is an issue so that they can make money out of you with NO regard for human safety!!!! Am copy and pasting for ease of readership so that you can see what one has to deal with in this country: Dear Janine<br /> <br />I refer to our telephone conversation with regards to your complaint which relates to the cancellation of your contract by Blue Security. I did mention to you that I will revert back to you today with regards to the same and wish to reply as follows.<br /> <br />For easy reference I have included the email from our Technical Manager, Mecken Naicker as well as the email from Cher Wilson from our Contracts Department.<br /> <br />We have been informed by Mecken, and as per your conversation with myself, that you are unfortunately not willing to accept the quotation and recommendations given by Mecken in order to resolve the problems with your alarm system.<br /> <br />Unfortunately we have no option but to continue with the process with regards to the cancellation of your contract as per the email you received from Cher Wilson.<br /> <br />Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you require a copy of your contract.<br /> <br />In the event that you may reconsider by accepting our quotation, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can be of assistance to you in this regard.<br /> </p>
