Digusted with pertatic service rended Blue security useless

Blue scurity debped my account with my permission . They didt this is the past and i told them to send me a invoice before any debt. On july 2018 after my normal debt went off 2 days later blue took off over 1300 from my account with no warning. I queried and was told to wait ..while they investigated. I reveresed the unauthorised debt and sent the lady in accounts my back statment showing her that istatmentarreas. I request for her to cancel my account and remove thet alarm as i warned them not to debt my account without my permission. She did do her job and now sends me a bill that i am in arreas . Poor digisting service.....
