Complaint of Blue Security Staff

Does different rules apply to Blue Security staff regarding the letting of fireworks at anytime. One of the staff members who resides in 1293 Old North Coast road, has let of fireworks on the 8/02/2022 and again on the 12/02/2022 and 13/02/2022. The nightshift supervisor has acknowledged hearing in the background of the sound of fireworks. Please could we have feedback on to what is happening with the employee.

All the residance in Avoca Redhill are going to remove themselves from Blue Security as a service provider, due to the fact that we have the elderly, the sick and the pets that have been effected with the letting of fireworks.
