BREAK IN AS A RESULT OF LACK OF SERVICE!

Our company has recently moved to new premises and have had 2 attempted break in's and 1 successful break in - in 3 weeks!<br> <br> When we moved, Blue Security installed our new alarm system and electric fence (R50 000 later). When they pulled our electric fence down the first week, we discovered that Blue had not linked the electric fence to the alarm system, so the burglars, just pulled the electric fence down with a pick.<br> <br> I called Blue and asked them to come quote to fix the fence, which they did. They used the same wires on the fence as they didn't need to be replaced. After requesting that they link the alarm to the electric fence again, they still did not do so.<br> <br> The following weekend, the burglars tried again to break in and although, they never got into the building, they pulled the fence down again (note that the alarm would have gone off if it was linked to the fence). This time, they damaged the fence badly and it now needs to be replaced. That was 2 weeks ago.<br> <br> This last weekend, they broke in and stole 3 computers. The fence is still broken, not linked to the alarm AND I still don't have a quotation.<br> <br> Cant really complain about the service when there isn't any
