Blue still at it!

I have asked blue to fix the alarm panel now for quite a while. It gives false alarms and panics, starts beeping at 2 am for 5 minutes waking up us and our baby. And where there is an actual alarm, it doesnt sound. Bradley, blues fantastic operations manager, cant even run a bath, let alone operations. They only worry about the money. Thats why the bind you with a 36 month contract. Then when they need to fix a keypad that they installed, they want to charge you. Im tired.
