BLUE SECURITY, WORST SERVICE DELIVERY THAT MONEY BUYS
Absolutely terrible service from BLUE SECURITY!!! No answer when you call in 031****000 No signal for switchboard. No vehicles available to respond. Change of shift, calls not answered. Calls ring for +-5 minutes before an answer. 2 h 15 minutes no response to multiple zone activation from response. Many occasions, Not isolated. The excuse is generally because of low battery, we have backup as well as a Generator on site. Managers do not respond to your complaints.

I called in this morning to check on what is being done about my complaint, No answers as yet.
Managers ask me to check with different departments for assistance. No correspondence as requested or as promised.
No persons of authority has called as yet. They have not clue at this stage what is going on.
As mentioned, not an isolated incident.
