Blue Security - Westmead / Pinetown

Last night my company was broken into, Blue security received multiple zone activations from 11:30pm right until 4:30am. I was contacted once from Blue at 11:30 that the alarm had been triggered. They did not call back to say they couldn't get into our property. They just left it. This morning I phoned to ask why they couldn't get into our property their reponse was "we will investigate". Over R5 000 worth of goods taken. And left with no answers. Terrible service after being a client for the last 15 years.

With crime on the rise I'd sincerely expect better than this from a company that has been around as long as they have.
