Blue Security the WORST company

I would like to warn clients and future clients never to trust Blue Security with there armed response needs. I had 2 serious incidents in March and then in April of 2022 where this security company on the first incident responded close to an hour later and the in the 2nd incident responded 25 minutes later. I had Prosecure who are not even my service provider responded in less then 3 mins because they do a drive by every few minutes in the Kharwastan area. Now what the PATHETIC excuses that followed from BLUE Security is what made me write this review to warn poeple about them. The first was that it was Loadshedding and it was not. Then it was the battery and it was not. Then it was the radio and it was not. They did not know that I had technical experience and they where trying to BULL**** me. Non of those excuses was correct and instead of taking responsibility they passed the buck to something else every time someone called me. Then allthough the service was PATHETIC they still wanted payment. I was a very long time client of Blue Security and that was the first time I needed them in a serious need and they FAILED miserably. I WILL never trust this company and other potential clients should know that when they are in DANGER that they cannot rely on Blue Security.
