Blue security - Terrible customer service from the technical department

Really bad customer service from the technical team, i have been a blue customer since 2016. Been calling them numerous times to assist me with the blue security app as it doesn't seem to be working properly on my phone, initial call was the 6th December, i was told someone will call me back, to date, no1 has called me back, i spoke to a lady named nicola who said that the best person to assist me is someone named Lee-Ann, i called twice afterwards to speak to lee-anne and both times she was unavailable and was advised to call me back! Still waiting for a call!!!! This is terrible customer service, especially towards a long existing client of theirs
