BLUE SECURITY TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

The technical department is very inefficient when it comes to scheduling of appointments and keeping to time . Its the second occasion the technician reports not being aware of my repair appointment.It was only when I called to complain an hour after they were scheduled , when no one pitched , that it was found there were two repairs booked at the same time .Only after I was given the run around for another hour and a half , did the tech pitch up. Extremely frustrating and no apology to date !
