Blue Security Pulls out all the stops
<p>After airing my complaint about my three month long battle to get Blue Security to sort out my false alarms they arrived enmasse and resolved my issues; replaced my rat eaten cables and placed all my wires in conduit so the rats can't get to them. </p> <p>The good news is that management took my complaint seriously and resolved it. The aspect that still needs to be resolved is 1. Why did it take three months 2. Why were obviously *********** technical personnel sent out repeatedly. 3. Why did I have to escalate this complaint to Hello Peter to be resolved?</p>
