Blue Security not willing to prove their organisation is not directly involved in the armed ******* at my home

I have just been through an armed ******* in my home 23/04 to which I believe the Blue patrollers were involved or knew the suspects.This opinion arose because at 3am while doing a walk about the Blue Patrollers had an uniformed guy with them ...who when completed did not jump into a Blue Vehicle and drive off but rather walked away by foot.The next day we lodged the complaint with Blue Security and wanted explanation as to how the guy got onto my property and why they allowed him to walk around my property with them , furthermore leaving him behind with us when leaving-at the mercy of an unknown person.The activation report from Blue clearly shows statement by Patrollers not mentioning the guy at all ...as if he was not present .....and is therefore ********** and untrue.Though they acknowledge the guy was there verbally to their CEO and to me.It also shows that the 1 patroller arrived at my property 2 minutes after panic button was hit however if so then he would of definitely been in my yard at the time suspects were trying to take my vehicle up the drive way. ...the complaint seemed to go in circles until last week whereby I sent them an email complaint,and rather quickly they set up a meeting with the CEO but the meeting in my opinion was biased and descrimitory to an extent where it was suggested I was a **** , where my monthly contribution of R300 was made to be measely and simply told me I am free to take my business some where else.Need less to say I walked out of the meeting and said I preferred a paper trail to this complaint.

I sent them an email requesting

1.authority to take the patrollers for a polygraph at me cost

2. Copies of the video footage from the patrol vehicles showing who's in it

3. Affidavited statement from the patrollers on the occurances

4. And documents from their system relating to a previous incident where Blue allowed trespassers onto my property who then broke open the back door and entered infront of Blue patrollers and area manager .April 2015

5. Copy of their STD protocall when attending to armed *******

6. Explanation as to why I was **** to on the 23rd by patrollers that SAPS has been contacted immediately on dispatch ....and again by the CEO during our sit down meeting however reference now provided by them verified with SAPS confirmed that call was only lodged the next day the 24th .Again given ********** information and incorrect disclosures .

As a consumer we are entitled to receive the above information on request .I have sent a reminder email as well however it appears the CEO , technical manager Brian and Sid Govender are purposely ignoring my emails simply saying that they will regard "matter as closed" despite not furnishing me with the requested information nor taking on the responsibility to prove their patrollers innocence ,and their companies involvement in the crime.

As per Psira ,there is a code of conduct that private security companies are obliged to .....and it seems that Blue Security is in direct contravention thereof .

Their brand image highlights 'integrity ' , 'clients safety , and 'customer service'.....I feel that my experience with Blue completely lacked all of the above .

I would like to add that despite my fears , Blue has still not put patrollers on suspension during an investigation , nor swoped them out to a different area ....I feel scared depending on them to protect me ....I feel vulnerable .

I must state that the above is merely my opinion and remains accusations to which I am trying to prove ....however Blues unwillingness to furnish the requested makes me weary that they do infact have something to hide.If they want ,or rather even care to clear up the brand's name and reputation then I assume they would attend to my requests with haste.Ultimately the patrollers will be put down as main suspects in the saps ******** case ,and the CEO and managers as accomplises due to their efforts at hiding the truth.
