Blue security - lies, deceipt and zero security.

Blue security has to be the worst security company in Durban, when you cannot rely on them to attend a panic activation at 06:40 am. On Friday 13/03/2020 I activated my panic alarm. An hour later at 07:40am, I get a call from a lady Anele from Blue security, to ask if everything is ok? I said, why you only calling me now, what time was the activation, she confirms they received it an hour earlier. I ask why you only calling me now, she gives me a story, that loadshedding caused it. What happens next boggles my mind, a security officer arrives thirteen minutes later. I question why he was here, he says they dispatched him 5 minutes ago, and they told him I never answered my phone. This is all lies and deceipt. I had in fact spoken to blue, and in fact did not receive a missed call from them. If the can lie to there own and deceive there own, what are they doing to customers. This company cannot be trusted.
