On 2 November 2019 I activated the remote panic at home 14:42 pm. 5 minutes passed and not a call from Blue. So I call in and Bradley answers the phone. He enters my street Address as my name and says he's trying to verify my account ,after fumbling He then goes on to say that yes they did receive the panic and have dispatched a vehicle "he does apologize as there has been an influx of calls so there was a delay in calling " Really?? An influx of calls on a Saturday afternoon?? I get this same generic ******* excuse everytime. Bradley then goes on to apologize and I quote "I made a mistake " I said to him to get his supervisor to call me asap.
Two minutes later Muzi (Bradley's supervisor) calls me. If Bradley sounded hopeless Muzi topped that. He goes on to provide a tasteless generic answer "sir we apologize this is not how we treat our clients. Due to the heat alarms are activating and we have a high influx of calls. At this moment I realized this is hopeless and did not want to proceed . I asked for a recording of the calls and for a senior manager to call me.I am going to escalate this matter. It's now it's now going for 15:10 pm almost 30 minutes since the panic alarm was activated and still no response vehicle. Sadly this is not the first time. The last time it took 30 minutes to respond here the excuse was that a vehicle had to come from Pinetown ,then they couldnt find the place.
I have spent good money on upgrading my alarm system due to working away from home. I have no confidence in Blue they really are useless. Truly disappointing service.
15:15 enter Mr Cloete (response officer) says it took him 5 minutes to get here as he was somewhere by the factories??
I hope this message serves as deterrent for anyone thinking about signing up with Blue. Don't do it. I am definitely cancelling these clowns.
