Blue Security is useless

I am currently using Blue Security alarm system at my house, The Company is pathetic and no assistance what so ever,I get woken up at night by the failure of their system triggering the panick button system which I have been reporting for the past 2 weeks with no help, In such a way that it is very stressful and have small babies at home which suffers by this failure, Matter has been reported several timers to their Technician and I get stupid reference number and get promised to be called but no one phones,

I wouldn’t recommend Blue Security to anybody.
