Blue Security is a waste of time and money

After several complaints, calls and emails - I am still in the same position.

Not only am I being billed for a property I am no longer at. I keep being put through to the same useless person who does nothing. I've requested to speak to management and she avoids it.

I'm frustrated and will be taking this to PSiRA as it is 3 months and no resolution. I will also be seeking compensation as I have to take time away from work as well as incurr costs to my phone bill to deal with this.
