Blue security DOES NOT SHOW UP WHEN YOUR ALARM goes off.

Alarm goes off for 40 minutes and nobody shows up. Contact centre doesn't answer, when they finally answer, they can't help you and they're rude as hell, like you're disturbing their evening. Get told there is one technician available to service ALL customers, and we're number 21 in the queue (after 40 minutes mind you). We had to remove the wiring from the speaker to stop the noise. But hey, my debit order goes off perfectly well hey. That's the only system that seems to work at this company. Needless to say, we don't need to keep paying for this OPTIONAL service, we can always move to a different provider. Which we definitely will be. Use these people if you want to die waiting for them to show up.
