Blue Security

Some time ago, we were contacted by Blue w.r.t alarm activation at our home during load shedding. We advised Blue that there was an issue with our alarm, and that we needed assistance from technical department. No response. Yesterday, we changed our Alarm Code, and during the process, our alarm was activated, resulting in a call from Blue Security. I explained that we were now quite desperate to get the alarm sorted, and that the alarm has not been working for many months now, even though we pay our account every single month, without fail.

The caller wanted to know how much longer we would be, as they didn't want to call us every time the alarm was activated.

I then asked to br reimbursed for the months that the alarm had not been working and was asked to hold on, so that I could discuss this with her boss. In the back ground I heard her talking to her boss, who asked her to mute the call.....which she didn't get right and I heard the back ground conversation between the two of them. She came back to me saying that she would get her technician to call us to get this sorted. Few minutes later, we were called back, and explained to us that there would be a LOCK DOWN CALL OUT FEE.

Imagine my surprise....after months of taking my money for services NOT rendered, BLUE SECURITY now want to SHAFT us even further, by charging a LOCK DOWN CALL OUT FEE.

I am now looking for a new, more reliable service provider, as this is the second time that Blue Security have ripped us off, charging us for services NOT rendered.

Where is the business integrity?
