ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE AND RESPONSE TIME

I'm writing this review with regard to an issue I experienced with blue security. My home alarm went off at 2:00 in the morning and blue security only responded at 4:00. They took 2hrs to respond to the alarm, which is totally unacceptable and disgraceful for a security company.

I was previously a victim of a home invasion, and I know from (horrible) experience what can happen in just a few minutes. That's one of the reasons why I signed up to blue security, hoping they would be able to provide the much-needed security surveillance, my family needs. Unfortunately, I don't think blue security can provide this service.

I hope my review will assist anyone who is thinking of joining blue security.
