Blue Security

We have been with Blue for years and, up to about a year ago, were extremely satisfied. Since then, they are like a different company: calls not returned, responders uninterested, emails ignored unless I c.c. every staff email address I have, and even then it has taken months to get a credit issue resolved. Their professionalism seems to have totally disappeared.
