I'm really hoping someone can help me.

Just upgrading our blue security alarm which cost a fortune and now I continuously get emails every time someone arms or disarms any beams. It's driving me mad and I am just told they can't change it.....

We can confirm that our Technical Manager spoke to Phil and he was assisted accordingly

Unfortunately, hello peter have removed the facility to change the rating, otherwise I would have converted this to a 5 star rating after the excellent service received.
