Blue not interested in after sales sevice

We recently moved into our new place which already had an alarm system in place, and was previously guarded by Blue Security. We decided to contact Blue and continue with their services. We dealt with Tamsin.

Their pricing for monitoring is a tad more than their well established competitors whom we used previously but we continued nonetheless. The after sales service has been utterly disappointing. It took 6 emails and just as many months to get the requested instruction manual for the system. All queries for service and assistance are conveniently pushed under the carpet, but sales queries are most speedily attended to, as it was explicitly proven.

Its clear Blue is only concerned with acquiring new customers but servicing them isnt too much of an issue. One wonders about the response if there had to be an emergency. Scary indeed........
