Blue Fail to Deliver!
Tonight my alarm activated @ 23h12.Blue took a long time to call.Then I was told by the operator that there will be a DELAY in responding and when I asked for an ETA he could not give it!!!How are we supposed to feel safe and secure.I fail to constantly understand why Blue do not man up their control room.Unacceptable - really it is!!!
