Bad service from technical team!
Ordered masterlocks for my gate. Promised to be delivered first thing in the morning, called in around 8am and was told that it would be deliveredat 10am but technician never showed. Lies upon lies from customer care to say tech Justin was stuck in roadbloack after calling 2 hours later at 12pm. What is the use of appointments???
Surely a technician has appointments given to them daily and should stick to them! If i did not call in i doubt they would of called me!
