Bad service and ignorance
The alarm system activated twice and patrol was sent which reported that there is nothing suspicious at the premises only to find out major break in was inprogress while alarm was still armed. Various items were ****** from the house while the alarm is still armed. I am not recommending anyone to use this company as I am canceling my contract with them. Suspected inside job working with the *******.
