Bad driving
On the 22/02/2021 I was driving down Clark road time approximately 17:00 and a blue security vehicle with registration NU 86931 pushed pass me when there was literally minimum space what fastrates me is the fact that he had no response lights on showing that he is responding to a call out or some emergency
