Bad attiude and no service

shocking service and attitude from Blue Security. We have had a number of incidents lately and I called them to arrange a drive by in our road. They confirmed that it would happen. I called later that night to confirm - no one had any record of my call ,hence no drive by. I requested the patrol again .Called later that night to check- Brandon answered- so unhelpful, bad attitude , and he said they had no record of the request either.. Called agsin the following night- still no patrol and no record of my request. Plse can you tell me what we are paying them fot?
