Appalling technical service from alarm technical personnel
Service is appauling especially from the alarm technicians. They basically work to reap off clients and don't do due diligence. From contract take over I have had problems with them for 2 months and now one wants to change a proper working passive just in the name of making money after he told me its working and I indicated that there's no need to change whats not broken just because industry has the latest which he was suggesting. This he blateny ignore, I truly and seriously regret ever signing up with them as the past 2 months have been nothing but a headache.
