Useless service and absolutely no care for how bad their service is. It's like they're ok with how bad it is. It's just like that - and they don't care enough to fix it.

I'm not one to write negative reviews, but this was so bad that it deserves to be shared. If you are looking for a security company, maybe it'd be best to review another company. After being a customer for approx 6 years, (maybe more), here's my experience. I'm putting detail in here so that people understand that it's not just some rant because they didn't answer their phone, etc. This is continued bad service at every turn. Here's the detail for anyone who needs it.

I tried to get some equipment installed. A simple job - one sensor installed. First called 5th Decemeber. Called and emailed follow-ups. Still no response until 10th December. Escalated to sales manager. He came out straight away. I was happy because I thought it'd be sorted. I was wrong. The useless service continued. Long stories about quotes on the way, but never received. Followed up 3 times via phone. Still waiting. 5th Jan, called sales manager again. More promises of quotes coming. 10th January had enough. Wrote and called. No adequate response. Got the quote on the 13th January. I asked it be installed immediately, on 13th January, seeing as though I've been messed around this much. Tech arrived, installed yesterday. Tech did his installation, spoke it through. Happy days. Or not: Now the system cannot be armed: Zone 1 reports active, no way to stop it. Control room advises that at 3pm, a low battery warning came on, and still showing. (That's when the tech got here.) So now I need a tech out to undo what the tech did. Really, really disappointing. Called Blue last night: Jason (on technical) confirmed that someone from technical would call me in the morning to get someone out. No calls came (as expected.) Called at around 10am to see what was happening. The guy at technical promised he'd call back in about half an hour. Nothing, as expected. 12pm, I called again. Got hold of Marie in technical. Promised me that a standby tech would give me a call and come out today to fix this.

Should it be this difficult to quote and install a PIR sensor?
Isn't this what you guys do, professionally?
Is it like I'm asking for something unreasonable? No.
I'm asking for Blue to fit and install a PIR.

On top of all this - I see that the unit installed is not the right one. This unit can be bypassed easily (not an anti-masking unit) meaning that the sales manager wasn't able to find the right solution for the job. (Basically suggested a really bad option that created a vulnerability in the security system - the very thing I asked him to address. If that's the sales manager - then what are the chances that you're going to be looked after by these people?

Waste of time. Total waste of time.

*Update - the technician says he's mistaken about the function of the unit, and that it is the right unit. Shew hey. Endless frustration, and confusion when it could be so simple.
