A nightmare

Canceled my contract with them via email and the just keep taking money off our account. I canceled the debit order and spoke to them and even sent proof of the cancelation email.its now been over a year and the still keep sneaking odd amounts through on our account. No joy talking to there account department as the are arogant and very rude. They have now taken a lot of money off the account that is not due to them and then still keep sending me final letters of demand. I will now proceed to take legal action against them. How can you trust a company to protect you if they do ******* stuff them selves. I would not advise anybody to use this company as I have heard of them doing the same thing to numerous other people as well.
