Blue Ocean Collection Services, terrible service

I have paid up my loan with Blue Ocean Collection over 5 months ago. I have been in contact with them several times to update my credit history with them. Most recently I spoke to Karabo Mahlatji, collections floor manager, she assure me this would be updated in 21 days, this was on 3 March, to this day I can't get hold of her and no updates have been made. My profile reflects an outstanding balance. I have called numerous times in the past week leaving messages and sending emails, still no response, no one gets back to me. This is seriously messing with my credit score!!
