Refund overdue
I still called them this morning and they continue to say it will reflect before Friday, which now will be 3 weeks ...and initially I was told that it only takes 5 days for a refund to be paid into my bank account. I need my refund immediately

Refund
They deducted my salary even though their account was settled and I requested a refund and it's more than 10 days now and they promised to pay it in my account by yesterday, now they are telling me that I will get it on Tuesday, which is a lie because Tuesday it's a holiday and they keep on changing their numbers everytime I enquire ...I need my refund to reflect in my account today.

They deducted my salary even though their account was settled and I requested a refund and it's more than 10 days now and they promised to pay it in my account by yesterday, now they are telling me that I will get it on Tuesday, which is a lie because Tuesday it's a holiday and they keep on changing their numbers everytime I enquire ...I need my refund to reflect in my account today.

Company refusing with Prescription letter
Such a bad company to have to deal with. There is an account that was handed over to blue oceans, an account from letsatsi finance. I emailed them because I want the prescription letter, and someone by the name of Karabo responded to the email I sent on the 23rd of March and said will get back to me, I followed up on the 28th April, there's still nothing. No response no nothing. From this day 20/05/2026 , I will give you a chance to fix this and 21 days from now, I will take this up with ombudsman

Request for refund
My account was handed over to Blue Ocean Collection and I paid as requested on the 17th of November 2025. They deducted after sending them proof of payment. I requested a refund and submitted all documents as requested for refund. But they are not even responding to my emails. I sent email twice with no response. A lot of people are complaining about your service when it comes to refund. The funny part is that they updated my credit record. And that cornfims they received the full payment. But it's hard for then to refund me. I bet I will have to do the same even next month.

Request for refund

Request for Prescription Letter – Still No Response
I’ve been trying to get a prescription letter from your office and have called several times with no response. This has become really frustrating because I’ve been waiting for feedback, and nothing has happened. Please assist me with my request as soon as possible. I just need the prescription letter — it shouldn’t take this long to get help.
